Introduction to SAGITTARIUS aesthetic

The final fire sign of the Zodiac, Sagittarius is all about exploration and adventure! Of course, this plays a large role in my approach with their style inspiration. Whether jet setting or hitch-hiking, travel is a common theme of Sagittarius. Exploring different cultures, religions, and continents contributes to the ever-learning and journeying mutable fire sign. They are celebratory beings, optimistic, and can dance until 6am while still making it to morning meditation because to a Sagittarius, it’s the same thing! They are not separate concepts. A Sagittarius can transcend the superficial while enjoying all of the decadence of materialism and luxury. I think this must be something that drives other people crazy, as often they seem to only be presented as mutually exclusive. Not for Sagittarius. They want it all! Go big or go home! And for Sagittarius, going home is just not an option. Aesthetically, I conjure up the essence of lands I haven’t yet traveled to and  wear shoes appropriate to run in, but also always bring a pair of heels with me just in case. Rarely, do I look to specific people to inspire Sagittarius style . More so, I’m interested in embodying a place, it’s attitude, it’s customs, it’s temperature, and landscape. This allows me to connect to something more wild, more alive, more collective than just one single person of influence. Often, I’m drawn to neutrals with splashes of bold oranges, reds, and turquoise. At a glance, a Sagittarius looks like someone who just got back from a trip, abroad or hallucinogenic, and they can’t wait to share their discoveries with you!
