Introduction to A R I E S aesthetic

When I’m approaching Aries aesthetics, my aim is to embody pioneering energy! Aries may not be ones with the most experience, but they are ready to go first, jump in, and see for themselves what they’re made of! The Aries journey is the first cry of a newborn baby. They may not even know why they’re screaming, but none the less, they must push this force and volume out of their body!
This aesthetically translates to Aries being the first on the scene to try a new trend, unafraid to make a statement, and put their own fiery spin on a classic look. This is something I want to expand on: the notion of putting a spin on a classic. An Aries is eager for certain, but in my exploration, I find that they are acting in response to what already exists. They are the youth discovering their body and relationship to society, pushing boundaries, and disrupting what’s already in place. They need something to contrast. They are not the Aquarian innovators or the Pisces fantasy world creators. They see what’s in front of them, already established, and they must RE-ACT! They do so with inspiring force, but in order to cultivate true personal style, there must be a deep relationship to the self, posing the question: “who am I when I’m not putting up a fight and rebelling against something?” This can be a very frustrating question for an Aries because it may result in silence at first. They must cultivate patience here, sit in the stillness and lack of inspiration to truly discover what fuels them.
Here’s my modest take on what you might anticipate from an Aries aesthetic:
They’re clothing may serve as a beautiful armor with structure to reinforce their strength and ambition, bold color choices reflecting their brazen confidence, and an affection for great hair accessories, hats, and an extensive collection of sunglasses.
